The Newcastle Caravan Camping Lifestyle Expo is the biggest and best event in Newcastle for everything outdoorsy. In 2026, the event will take place for three days TBC at the Newcastle Entertainment Centre & Showgrounds. This Newcastle caravan show will have the latest caravans, motorhomes, campervans, camper trailers and camping equipment in one location. The ARV Super Centre will be showcasing a selection of RVs will be on-site from their major brands—Adria, Coromal, Talvor, Windsor, and Winnebago.

2024 Caravan and Camping Show Newcastle
The Newcastle Caravan Show 2024 was sponsored by the NSW Caravan and Camping Industry Association and brought together Australia’s leading outdoor leisure specialists. This is the Official and Original RV Expo in the Newcastle region and has been running for over 13 years. In 2024, there were over 150 exhibitors, talks by experts, and the chance to compare everything under one roof. Last year, the kids were also occupied with free entertainment, including a jumping castle, a rock climbing wall, and a reptile and venomous snake safety show. The caravan and camping show Newcastle in 2025 is sure to be just as amazing!

Yes, all CCIA NSW Expos offer a wide range of brands and products in one convenient location. Importantly, all RV exhibitors at our events are NSW Motor Dealer licensed. This means you get protection through warranties and dealer guarantees only applicable to government-licensed dealers — you can shop confidently at any of their expos.
Tickets can only be purchased online before you enter the show, so check the website closer to the event. Free parking is available at the venue, surrounding areas and the PCYC Newcastle. The show is also dog-friendly, so feel free to bring your pooch (but they must be on-lead at all times).
The process is the same as if you were buying an RV at the Apollo dealership. Expo staff can offer accessories and upgrades, and discuss timeframes, availability, and delivery with you on-site. Many of the models they will have on display may also be ready for immediate delivery, so you’ll have your dream RV before you know it! If you’re not prepared to buy on the day, they can schedule a time for you to visit their dealership to discuss things further.
