Tourism Holdings Limited (thl) has announced the planned closure of Kratzmann RV Super Centre in Burpengary, QLD. This site has proudly served local RV communities for many years, and we thank all customers, suppliers and team members who have been part of it's history.
This difficult decision has been driven by ongoing challenges within the Australian RV retail sector. The location will cease operations on 29 November 2025, with full closure to be completed during December 2025.
thl will continue to have a strong presence in the market. Apollo RV Super Centre will remain fully operational in Brisbane (Northgate).
What this means for customers:
Existing Orders & Deliveries
If you have an upcoming vehicle delivery, unresolved order, or scheduled appointment, our team will be in touch directly to discuss next steps.
If your delivery or repair is scheduled after closure, please rest assured that we will:
- Arrange pickup or handover at an alternate thl location, or
- Connect you with an appropriate provider to complete the work.
Selling a Vehicle on Consignment
If your vehicle is being sold on your behalf, our team will contact you shortly with instructions and next steps.
Warranty & After Sales Support
Your warranty and aftercare support remain unchanged. There is no impact on your entitlement to warranty services or post-purchase assistance.
Independent Manufacturer Warranties
Third-party RV manufacturers will continue to support warranty claims through their authorised dealer and service networks.

To ensure reliable operation and service for your RV, you should book a service six months after delivery and then 12 months after delivery. Once your new RV has completed these services, it is due for annual services on the anniversary of your delivery date each year. If you are using your RV on extensive travels where you will complete 20,000 kilometres or more per year, then you require a service at six-month intervals to provide the correct preventative maintenance.
Kratzmann RV Super Centre is here to make the entire insurance process as seamless as possible. Once your RV is in our workshop, we have highly skilled, factory-trained technicians here to provide you with the highest-quality repair. Our Lifestyle Centre boasts the highest level of security available, and it is fully fenced and gated with multiple security cameras throughout. We offer a fully enclosed, undercover storage area for your prized possession, ensuring no further damage or unwanted access to your RV.
We hold a large inventory of parts & materials to guarantee minimal downtime. We understand your time is essential, so we will work hard to provide you with the most efficient repair possible, ensuring you are back on the road in no time. For those of you who live in your RV as a permanent residence, we will arrange to provide you with alternative accommodation to ease the burden. We even offer onsite quoting and pickup and delivery of your RV. For any more minor repairs, you are welcome to kick back and enjoy some snacks and drinks in our K Lounge.
